Shipping  & Delivery

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE!

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. All orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days from receipt of payment.

Tracking will be sent to your email as soon as the item ships.

For any lost or stolen packages that show as “delivered” according to the tracking or confirmation information. Contact the carrier for further help with delivery issues.

Returns
All returned products must be 100% complete in original packaging, in resalable condition, and include manuals, warranty cards, and any other accessories 

If your item is not in working condition upon arrival, it may be returned for a replacement within 7 days of the product’s shipping date. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  The customer is solely responsible for shipping the product back to us. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).   Special order/non-stock/custom items may be subject to  up to 25% re-stocking charge.  Please check with us if you're unsure.

No refund is any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
