Shipping & Delivery

We Ship Worldwide!
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and typically ship within 3 business days after payment is received.

• Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
• We only ship to verified PayPal billing addresses to ensure secure delivery.
• For packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Items must be 100% complete, unused, and in resalable condition, with original packaging, manuals, warranty cards, and all accessories.
• If the item is not functioning upon arrival, you may request a replacement within 7 days of the shipping date.
• Returns after 7 days will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping and must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Special orders, custom, or non-stock items may incur up to a 25% restocking fee.
• Partial refunds may be granted in certain cases, subject to review.
• No refunds will be issued for items that are damaged, incomplete, or not returned in original condition due to customer error.

Refunds & Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at info@opticnika.com or call 1-562-900-1384 to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
